Special One Year Advertising Packages

In order to get the best results for your marketing efforts, it is important for people to read and hear about you consistently long enough for them to take action. In order to better support our advertisers who are investing in yourselves and your businesses, we are investing in you. Below are special add-ons we are gifting to our advertisers who advertise for at least a year in New Spirit Journal.

All rates are with a contract for one year, paid monthly by credit/debit card on file or prepaid for three, six, or twelve month segments.
All rates are for black and white ads; color runs $30-100/month extra depending on size)
The banners will appear on our website at a location determined by us for the time of the advertiser contract.
The audio interviews will be 15-20 minutes in length and posted on our website for the length of the advertiser contract.
The videos are provided by the advertiser and posted on our website for the length of the advertiser contract.

The mini ad will receive an additional price reduction if prepaid for a year.
Ads which are 1/16th page or larger and prepaid for one year will also receive an additional price reduction, the above bonuses and one free banner in an email blast which is sent on the 1st of each month.

You are committing to the ad space, not the content of the ad. This means you can change the ad content and the banner content during the time of your contract. Classified ads can be submitted monthly or the same ad can be run for the duration of the contract. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to submit all advertising by the appropriate deadlines.

• Your ad will be seen by a minimum of 55,000 motivated people at over 500 locations in Puget Sound from Bellingham to Olympia, including the Eastside; Spokane, Chehalis, and Western Idaho as well as in our online edition.

• Our readers actually read the newspaper from front to back and save their issues. This means a greater chance of people responding to your ad.

• Your ad will be on our website, which is viewed by more than 20,000 unique visitors monthly. Your display ad will get a direct link from our website to yours.

• Our rates are reasonable and we offer special discounts for multiple placement of your ads as well as our special Goodie Packages.

• We are locally owned and operated, and we know,care about, and give back to the local community. We feature local as well as national authors, healers, and business people. This appeals to the readers and gives your ad better exposure.

Advertising is available on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. The advertising content of the publication is kept to around 50-60%. Many publications run 75-80% advertising content. We believe the lower advertising content will allow the publication of more articles, making for a more interesting experience for our readers. We do encourage the readers to support our advertisers since it is this revenue which supports the newspaper financially.

Businesses and individuals who advertise in New Spirit Journal agree to do so in a spirit of cooperation, honesty, and with the goal of helping to co-create a happier, healthier planet. We accept advertising at any time so it is not necessary to wait until the deadline to place yours. Our deadlines must be firm in order to allow enough time to produce the publication and get it in the hands of the readers in a timely manner.
